A catalyst don’t appear in the overall stoichiometry of the reaction it catalyzes, but it must appear in at least one of the elementary reactions in the mechanism for the catalyzed reaction. 648450-29-7, Name is AS-605240, molecular formula is C12H7N3O2S. In an article, author is Liu, Hai-xuan,once mentioned of 648450-29-7, Recommanded Product: AS-605240.

Herein, a divergent synthesis of a variety of 2 alpha- and 5 alpha-substituted furan derivatives from 2-hydroxy-1,4-diones is reported. By using appropriate substrates and an acid catalyst, the reactions occurred selectively through cyclization/1,6-conjugate addition or cyclization/Friedel-Crafts-type cascade reactions. A broad range of nucleophilic reagents (>10 types for the 1,6-conjugate addition for 5 alpha substitution and >20 types for the Friedel-Crafts-type cascade reaction for 2 alpha substitution), including alcohols, amides, furan, thiophene, pyrrole, indole, phenols, and many others, can successfully participate in the reactions, providing a universal strategy for a diversity-oriented synthesis of alpha-substituted furan derivatives. Deuteriation experiments and DFT calculations were carried out to support the proposed reaction mechanisms. Antifungal activity experiments revealed that products with an indole or 4-hydroxycoumarin core substituted at the 2 alpha position showed moderate activities against Rhizoctorzia solani and Botrytis cinerea, respectively.

648450-29-7, Name is AS-605240, molecular formula is C12H7N3O2S, belongs to indole-building-block compound, is a common compound. In a patnet, author is Hsu, Shu-Hua, once mentioned the new application about 648450-29-7, Safety of AS-605240.

Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain PS3, a phototrophic bacterium, was originally isolated from a paddy field located in Taipei city, Taiwan, and showed positive effects on the growth of leafy vegetables. The aim of this study was to clarify the mechanism of the beneficial effects exerted by PS3 on plants. An ineffective R. palustris strain, YSC3, isolated from a paddy field located in Yilan County, was used as the negative control for comparative analyses. We cultivated non-heading Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa var. chinensis) in 1/2 strength Hoagland hydroponic solution, in which nitrate is the main nitrogen source. We evaluated various plant physiological responses to inoculation with different bacterial inoculants. The N use efficiency (NUE) of PS3-inoculated plants was dramatically higher than that of YSC3-inoculated plants. The nitrate uptake efficiency (NUpE) was significantly elevated in plants treated with PS3; however, no excess nitrate accumulation was observed in leaves. We also noticed that the endogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) levels as well as the cell division rate in the leaves of PS3-inoculated plants were significantly higher than those in the leaves of YSC3-inoculated plants. We examined the bacterial transcription of some genes during root colonization, and found that the expression level of IAA synthesis related gene MAO was almost the same between these two strains. It suggests that the elevated endogenous IAA in the PS3-inoculated plants was not directly derived from the exogenous IAA produced by this bacterium. Taken together, we deduced that PS3 inoculation could promote plant growth by enhancing nitrate uptake and stimulating the accumulation of endogenous auxin in young expanding leaves to increase the proliferation of leaf cells during leaf development.

The microbial consortium of indigenous rhizobacteria improving plant health, yield and nutrient content in wheat (Triticum aestivum)

Aim of the present study was to develop effective indigenous plant growth promoting (PGP) rhizobacteria consortia for enhanced plant growth attributes and nutrient acquisition by wheat crop under greenhouse and field conditions. Six efficient isolates, screened out of 120 isolates from rhizosphere soil based on their biochemical characterization and PGP attributes like indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), siderophore production, P-solubilization and N-fixation possessed most of the characters. Out of six isolates, three efficient isolates selected on the basis of effective PGP activities and molecularly characterized of 16S rDNA gene. Three isolated efficient PGPR strains along with a collected strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected for preparing different bioformulation for enhancing plant growth and yield of wheat under greenhouse and field conditions. Tetra combination comprising Bacillus megaterium + Arthrobacter chlorophenolicus + Enterobacter sp. + P. aeruginosa showed significant increase in plant height (24.56% and 47.06%), grain yield (75.80% and 40.09%) and straw yield (76.55% and 42.63%) followed by two tri-inoculation B. megaterium + A. chlorophenolicus + P. aeruginosa and A. chlorophenolicus + Enterobacter spp. + P. aeruginosa as compared to the control under the greenhouse and field experiments, respectively. Similarly, tetra- and tri-inoculations resulted in significantly higher test weight and nutrients acquisition by wheat over the control. Therefore, tetra-inoculation of B. megaterium + A. chlorophenolicus + nterobacter spp. + P. aeruginosa strains can be used as an efficient PGPR consortium for enhanced wheat production.

Two new sarpagine-type indole alkaloids and antimalarial activity of 16-demethoxycarbonylvoacamine from Tabernaemontana macrocarpa Jack

Two new sarpagine-type indole alkaloids (1 and 2), together with five known alkaloids; 12-methoxy-4-methylvoachalotine (3), 16-demethoxycarbonylvoacamine (4), isositsirikine (5), affinisine (6), affinine (7), were isolated from the bark of Tabernaemontana macrocarpa Jack. The structures of these alkaloids were determined based on spectroscopic data, chemical correlation, and comparison with the literature. 16-Demethoxycarbonylvoacamine (4) showed antiplasmodial activities against Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 and cytotoxic activities against human cell line, HepG2 cells.
