The deuterated 5-hydroxy tryptophan glucoside derivatives provided by the invention can be used for researching and using metabolic pathways of 5-hydroxy tryptophan in a human body. The preparation method provided by the invention is reasonable in whole process design, strong in operability and high in yield, and the isotope abundance can be over 98%.
